SOMTHAI PAPER INDUSTRY SDN BHD was founded in July 1999. At the early stage, Somthai manufactured and distributed Perfume papers and wedding invitation cards in Malaysia. The demand and popularity of Perfume paper continues to grow from the beginning till today .
In 2005,Somthai start to participate in International Printing and Paper Exhibition like Paper World Frankfurt,DRUPA Germany ,Gulf Print , Dubai and Graphic of America, Miami USA, thru above exhibition, we gain valued experince and developed good business network .
To better support Our Customer and Communication ,we set up Our office in Holland to showcase our latest product and design.
Our Creative Design Department also joinhand with few Europe and USA paper craft importer and wholesaler to develop new products under their OEM name.Our Talent design team had good knowledge in paper and printing process. We had applied this post printing technology like Hotstamping,Embossing,die cutting,Glittering,Flocking,UV,Spot UV,3D Emboss and laser Die Cutting when we develop new products.
In 2008, to increase our market competitive and lower production cost, we venture to set up fancy paper and pearlescent production line in china.We have two set up in China, Guangzhou factory mainly to produce the pearlescent paper, gold foil and PET paper for food packing, luxury packaging paper like glitter, velvet and fabric material with paper base. We received SGS certified for German Food, Articles of Daily use and Feed code Year 2010. We also accept tailor made size, color , emboss and substance MOQ from a 20'FCL. Our capacity of fancy paper production is 2000 ton/year.
Our Yi wu setup equip with latest printing machinery with UV and 3D print feature.One of Our most advantage is our flexible manpower we have over 100 well train and high discipline worker to meet the production date line. We are able to produce D.I.Y. and Hobby Craft products at world class quality with attractive price. Our capacity is Ten 40'container/month.
In 2010, we advanced a step further to upstream the industry. We set up our new production line in Guangzhou, China. This is our commitment towards higher quality with advanced technology and excellent products for customers.
This year we further surprised the market with our Velvet wedding cards. In the same time, we also venture in Calendar and Diary Business. We believe with our marketing strategy and planning, our products are made affordable to everyone with reasonable price.
